Need some help with something on Stardoll, or have a suggestion for Stardoll staff? The new Support Forum feature is the place to head to! Here's the basics on how it works.

Finding The Support Forum
The Support Forum can be found by visiting the FAQ section. Just locate the link, click it, and you will be taken to a special club that you can join and post in- just like any other club on Stardoll! This feature replaces the Contact Us feature for a lot of queries you might have- post your question in the club, and staff or other dolls will be able to see it and answer. You can actually still access the Contact Us form via a topic in the club, but be sure to check the FAQ and the club before using it!

Using The Support Forum
Before you make a post, make sure you read the rules- they're in a topic named "READ ME FIRST..."- pretty hard to miss! In addition to following these rules, it's a good idea to try to find the answer you need in the FAQ section first, and have a look at the other topics in case someone has the same issue you do. When discussing issues with staff or other dolls, it's a good idea to stay respectful of others- try to see things from their point of view!

Support Forum Positives
I really like the new Support Forum, as it is a much easier way to get a message to Stardoll staff. It also lets us see if other dolls are having the same issues we are, which can be very reassuring! Another great aspect to this feature is that it's a place to find out what things are happening in Stardoll at the moment- for example, are there any common glitches to look out for? It's best to be informed!
