For this look, Tash chose to style the Wild Candy Heart Dotted Sweater with a great pair of jeans and a feature belt. My favorite parts of this look are the details; I love how she used the Katy Met Gala Necklace from the recent Young Hollywood release as a creative pocket detail! As the sweater we chose to style is quite long in the arms and torso, we both decided to cover and shorten it in some way. Tash's strategy was to use a big suspender belt to transform the look from everyday to inspired - the belt also helps smooth the transition from sweater to jeans! Outfit 2- Moosycakes
For my styling, I chose a more formal, all black styling of the Wild Candy Heart Dotted Sweater. As the item is quite sheer, I chose to combine it with a structured undershirt and a sheer skirt to reflect the aesthetic of the sweater. I decided to choose only black items for this look to let the textures of the fabrics shine by themselves! The skirt section of my look is actually made up of two separate skirts - a darker short skirt, and a longer, more sheer skirt. This worked really well to move my look from sassy to sophisticated!
