Paris är syster till Nicky Hilton, Barron Nicholas Hilton och Conrad Hughes Hilton. Paris meddelade att hon skulle flytta till en gård för att spela in en ny realityserie som fick titeln "The Simple Life" (2003). Paris är dotter till Rick Hilton och Kathy Richards. När Paris fyllde 21 firade hon med att ordna fester i New York, Las Vegas, London, Hollywood och Tokyo.
