Help! Someone else has accessed my account
If you believe that someone else has access to your Stardoll account:
If you are able to log into your Stardoll account, change your password right away. If you are not able to log in, contact customer service via contact us and provide the following information:
- Your account username
- The birth date registered on your Stardoll account
- The original e-mail address used to create this account
- Several purchase reference number
The reference numbers we need can be found in the receipt sent to the e-mail registered in the account when a purchase is made.
If you don’t have any reference numbers, please come back to us with more information regarding your purchases, such as a) the payment methods used, b) the transaction dates and the amount you were charged or c) the 4 last digits of the credit card you may have used for your purchases.
NOTE: Without this information, we cannot prove that the account is yours. We will be unable to help you regain access to your account.
