We spotted Katy in London with cotton candy pink hair (we love), a leopard print beret, dress with a London phone booth on it, a classic trench coat, and to finish the look a pair of cat-face loafers! Try to imagine someone anyone else in that outfit and they'd look terrible, but Katy looks great! We love her personal style and creativity! So fierce!
