A Closet Full of Jeans - Stardoll

Jeans are an American invention. Levi Strauss came to California during the gold rush in the 1850's to run a dry goods store. In 1873 local tailor Jacob Davis brought him an idea, to patent a method of reinforcing work pants with metal rivets. They became business partners and soon were manufacturing and selling denim jeans.

They probably never imagined the impact their design would have. More than 140 years later it seems like everyone in the world wears jeans.

Giorgio Armani said "Jeans represent democracy in fashion." Anyone can look good in the right pair of jeans.

Stardoll offers hundreds of options with variations of wash, color, and cut. My doll wears a variety of styles. I am always happy to find another pair of great jeans for my collection.
