1. What’s your hair color?

You want your lips to be nude without making you look dull and pale. Your hair color determines what hue you should rock. Blondes should go for a lipstick with a hint of pink to make their skin glow. Brunettes should go for a lipstick with a hint of brown.

2. Remember, your lipstick should only have a HINT of color!

When shopping for a nude lipstick shade make sure that it has just a hint of your matching hue. The look should be bare with plenty of shine.

3. Prep

Make sure you exfoliate your lips and condition with a lip balm. Nude means that chapped lips have no where to hide.

4. More or less?

Nude lips go with any eye makeup! Your eye makeup can either be minimal or heavy. For a day look keep the eye makeup minimal with your nude lip. In the evening make your eye makeup a little more dramatic with dark eyeliner.
