The new Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be going on a royal tour of Canada and they're now planning a small trip to California, which should take place at the end of June or early July! We're guessing they're going to hang out with the Beckhams! It sounds like a great trip and we can't wait to see our favorite royal couple wandering the streets of Hollywood! (People)

- We had to do a double take when we saw these photos of Eva Longoria in the cockpit of an airplane. Like, was she really flying a plane and if so, shouldn't we be running far, far away? Thankfully, the plane stayed on the ground and Eva was just hanging out with the pilot. Whew! We were seriously scared!

Last week, New Yorker’s For Children, a non-profit organization that partners with the Administration for Children’s Services to improve the lives of children in foster care in New York City, threw a party with Honor’s Giovanna Randall. We asked the designer, who will show her third collection in September, to document the busy day.

- We really love this summer's jean jacket trend! It's perfect for slightly chilly days and late summer nights! We've seen celebs pairing jean jackets with cute floral dresses and fun wedges. Jean jackets help make an outfit more casual and carefree, which is what summer is all about- right?!

Last night, Hailee Steinfeld stepped out at the Met Gala making as much a beauty statement as a sartorial one. The actress nailed the middle part, one of the upcoming fall season’s biggest beauty trends, loosely pulling back the sides for an elegant, head-turning hair ‘do. Bosworth is going from fashion darling to cotton ambassador. With a little help from her stylist and business partner Cher Coulter, she pulls off designer duds from the likes of Proenza Schouler and Isabel Marant with ease and always has a presence at fashion weeks. She’s one of those starlets who, regardless of whether or not she’s working on any acting projects, will always be on magazine covers and best dressed lists. Lately, it seems, Kate has started to capitalize on that, bringing her fashion plate influence to the masses.
First, with her expanding JewelMint business and now with a new role as the face of Cotton, WWD reports. Bosworth will follow Zooey Deschanel in the upcoming installment of Cotton, Inc.’s “Fabric of My Life” campaign. The 15-30 second commercials will show her working in an “inspiration room,” on a movie set, shopping and “relaxing in cotton,” while her closet remains a key component throughout. It sounds like she won’t have to sacrifice her own designer tastes for the commercial, as she is set to wear Prada, Rodarte and Nina Ricci, among others. (We’d be surprised if a piece or two from JewelMint doesn’t make it in as well.) The casting makes sense. Like Zooey, Kate has a strong sense of style, but is still accessible. However, unlike Zooey, Kate is not a singer, but will still sing that “fabric of my life” song in the commercial and is reportedly anxious to make her singing debut.

- Apparently not everybody has Bieber Fever. We just heard that Justin Bieber was told off by a flight attendant on his recent flight from Sydney, Australia. Justin was acting like a total child and was goofing off and walking up and down the aisles while the plane was taxiing! The flight attendant told Justin and his bodyguard to sit down and that since he was acting like a child he would be treated like one! Justin later apologized the flight attendant. He's only 17 but he should know better than that! (TheSun)

- Wedges work for almost every season! We love them paired with cute tights during the winter but wedges are definitely our go-to shoe during the summer! Cute peep-toe wedges with skinny jeans or a breezy summer dress- we love it! Our current wedge inspiration comes from favorite celebs and now we have to go out and and buy a few more pairs!
