Wow! It looks like Drew Barrymore is going to be a mom! The star was spotted yesterday clutching some papers that appeared to look like a sonogram! Yay! We don't know much at this point, just that her rep said "no comment" when asked about the pregnancy- and that's not a clear NO. We also know that her fiancee Will Kopelman proposed to her a few months ago maybe because of a baby? We're now officially on Drew Barrymore bump watch! (tmz)
