Stardoll has pulled some fabulous clothes out of the hat, and the Summer Styling Items were no exception! Like every good magic trick, they take some work behind the scenes to pull it off. It is this styling that katlow77 and I thought would be fun to give you insight into.

Now, you may be thinking, 'Snerfy, wasn't the item a Nemoni Skirt?' Well, yes. Except the shadowing on the skirt allows it to easily be used as a halter top. This gave me so many options to styling the beautiful green colouring, and paring the shiny texture. To do this I colour matched the green in the shoes, and the matte black with silver accentuations.

The second outfit actually tied itself together with the silver. It was the Jelleyfer scarf (actually used like a scarf this time) which provided the colour scheme. The shoes (also a freebie) were a perfect match, which brought in the silver, but pink and silver alone wasn't enough. The blue tied the cold silver with the warm pink. 

These looks may not be as summery as katlow77's, but I love the simple sophistication of the items.
