If you didn't know this already about me, I love spreading happiness and seeing the smiles on other peoples faces (hence the fact I begin every blog post with a smile).
I have come up with a few reasons to smile today, tomorrow and forever on. As well as that there are also motivational pieces of encouragement to suite everyone. Enjoy!
- Smile because you are beautiful.
- Smile because you are unique.
- Smile because there is nobody else like you.
- Smile because there are people out there who love and care for you.
- Smile because you can (babies are born with the ability to smile).
And if all else fails...
Smile because it takes 72 muscles to frown but only 14 to smile. So, smile because its easier!
