Coping With Stress
Hi dolls.
So it's that time of year where mock exams are happening and it is almost time for the real ones to come along and then from there college will start.
For me this has been causing a lot of stress. I am a natural worrier and exams get me so stressed out. As I'm sure for a lot of you this is the same.
There are a lot of useful ways in which you can relieve stress though. Here are some of the things that I actually do try and you can also try them and see if they work.
1. Try writing down the things that are causing you stress. This makes the problems easier to handle as you can form a solution and look at it more as a question you need to find an answer for.
2. Try green tea. This is great for detoxing and can relieve so much stress for you.
3. A nice warm bath. Great for relaxing and gives you time to think things over.
4. Going to the Gym. You will be so busy sweating, burning off calories and aching that your stress won't be at the forefront of your mind.
5. Listening to music. Sometimes listening to your favourite songs can help you to lose some of that stress.Hope some of these help you dolls! If you decide to try some of them, please let me know if they worked for you.
