It only takes three to make a trend (so the saying goes), but gold tuxedos are popping up left and right in the AW11 collections. In New York, Oscar De La Renta sent out the most simple version and in Paris we’ve seen a slouchy one at Dries Van Noten, a sleek silhouette at Balmain (try to imagine it without the white boots) and a jacket paired with shorts at Comme des Garçons.
