Being left out: it's the worst feeling for a girl, and it even upsets guys. People sometimes aren't conscious that they are making someone feel excluded, while others do it on purpose. I have done it before, and just because it made me feel cool. Then I remember that many times, I have been the other person.

I have been left out too. It may seem like a good idea to leave someone out at first, either because they've done it to you or it makes you feel superior. In the end, it's not. The times that I include people, it gives me a much more content and peaceful feeling. There is nothing more freeing in the world than a clear conscience!

Next time you are tempted to say something such as, "Oh, I'm inviting you guys to the party! Just not her..."  (LOUD enough for her to hear) Stop and think, how would you feel if you were her?
