Get Rid of Stress

Even though its Summer, it doesn't alway mean everything is a care-free bliss! Here are some ways to relieve some stress, new and old!

1) Make the background on your electronic device something green. Green is a calming colour, especially in landscape.

2) Listen to some music. Its great to listen to music because it can be inside or outside, and can help express your mood!

3) Take a shower. In the shower, imagine all the negativity falling into the drain.

4) Bake a tasty treat. Eating the treats will help relax you, and it gives you a boost of confidence to realize that you made it! Make sure to have supervision in the kitchen if you are young!

5) Call a friend. You can talk to them, and if you trust them, tell them whats on your mind.

6) Make a cup of green tea. Green tea is said to cleanse the body, and the heat will make you feel warm inside.

7) Read a book. Reading is one of the easiest ways to take your mind off of something!

8) Have a nap. Usually when you fall asleep, you wake up in an entirely new mood.

9) Listen to the ocean. You can listen to a tape, or go to the beach. The sound of waves is relaxing. 

10) Dab sunscreen on your wrists. The scent will remind you of when you were a child, or of summer days.

Remember that your summer is all about your time off from school - have fun and stay stress-free to make it the greatest summer yet!
