Why are some items locked in the StarBazaar?

When an item is locked to a specific level, the item will still be locked to that level regardless of where it is sold. We have taken these steps to ensure that the ownership of the item will have the same rules for everyone. Each person in the Stardoll community will have to have the correct level to be able to own the item.
