Why can't anyone see my blog?

To write posts in your personal blog you have to reach level 6.

You can choose to keep your blog private, open it for friends, or open it for everybody. Go to your account settings (by clicking here) and near the bottom of the page, you can choose your blog's privacy settings.

Don't forget to save the changes you made!
