Here on Stardoll, we are all about fashion! However, if you are new and have a small closet or few Stardollars to buy items, combinations tend to run out pretty quick. Here are a few ways you can practice styling with a bigger pool of items while you build up your closet!

Stardoll Strategies
Here are some ways you can achieve this on Stardoll:
- Style a doll with a big closet. Look for dolls who have been members for years!
- Buy a Stylist Studio. Only do this if you can spare the SD - comissions are pretty small.
- Style your doll in the Starplaza dressing room - window shopping is free!

Picture Editing
Off of Stardoll, there are a few ways you can keep styling your doll too. Keep in mind, they take a bit of work!
The first way to do this is by editing a picture of your doll with photo editing software. It may be difficult at first, but many dolls have mastered this art, designing amazing clothes for their dolls in PNG format! These can't be used on Stardoll itself, but they can be styled on screenshots of your doll - and the dolls of others too! The possibilities are endless...

Too hard? No problem!
If you don't think you can handle editing pictures on the computer quite yet, why not turn your doll into a real paperdoll? Print out a screenshot of your doll, stick it on a cardboard backing, then design your own clothes for them using paper and pencils. Don't forget to add tabs when you cut them out so the clothes stay on! Maybe one day, you could turn the paper clothes you design into real life clothing...
