  Yesterday night, Nickelodeon’s 2012 TeenNick Halo Awards was held at the Hollywood Palladium in California and these three ladies helped honor teens who work hard to make the world a better place! Victoria Justice glammed on the orange carpet i a ravishing red gown while Mariah Carey opted for a floor-grazing black number while posing in front of the cameras.
