Nicole Richie had the best looking outfit on but her friend Nicky Hilton also looked really hot. Mischa Barton had her new favorite accessory in her hair; feathers. Mena Suvari shopped until she dropped. Mandy Moore and Michelle Trachtenberg seemed to get along great and mingled all night. Ryan Phillippe didn?t seem to enjoy the party and went home early together with his girlfriend. The beauty Jessica Stroup shined on the red carpet!
