New Beginnings, New Goals!
Hey Dollies!
So recently we said goodbye to 2018 and bring on 2019! I always love the thought of a new year. It could mean new beginnings, new family, new friends, new goals and new achievements! To make 2019 the best year for you, I've come up with a few tips to stay positive and happy!
- Monthly Goals
Instead of having a new year's resolution, a good idea is to set a goal for you each month! This way it is much more achievable and you'll be able to tick off a few extra goals! One month you might have eating no sugary foods, or doing a workout routine at the gym!
- Weekly Highlights
I want you to encourage yourselves to write some weekly highlights! Every week you write a small piece of paper what your highlights were and what you most enjoyed. Then you fold the paper up and put it in a jar to read at the end of the year! Its a super positive way to remember some of your favorite memories! You could even do this daily!
- Clear Mind
It's important to always keep a clear, fresh mind! You won't enjoy 2019 if you're stressed, frustrated or worried about something. If you ever feel like this take 2 minutes out and take deep breaths! You'll find some watches even have a relax button and you can click it and follow the instructions and it'll leave you calm and relaxed with a clear mind!
Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed! I hope you make the most of 2019 and have a happy, enjoyable year!
Yours always,
Quin
