Oral Hygiene Is Important

Hey Everyone!

Going to the dentist isn't fun. In fact, it can be quite painful and bad oral hygiene can result with serious issues and a very expensive bill. 

I'm not a dentist or a doctor but I do have some useful information that can help you maintain better oral hygiene and help with bad breath.

1) Everytime I go to the dentist they always reccommend flossing. Flossing helps your teeth stay healthy and clean but can also help with bad breath. When you leave food out for a while you will notice that it will start to go off and smell bad. This is the same with food that gets stuck between your teeth. Floss regularly and you might notice a difference. 

2) Be cautious of the mouthwash you use. Research has shown that some mouthwashes can contain alcohol that dries your mouth out making your breath smell even worse. 

3) Brushing your teeth regularly with a good toothpaste or even using a regular electric toothbrush will help prevent cavities and reduce plaque.
