Like all other emotions, happiness is not always a permanent feeling. As much as we'd like to be happy all the time, we unfortunately get down sometimes. It's always better to sort out the problem, but sometimes we need a quick fix.
- Eat chocolate. Treat yourself to your favorite bar of chocolate, it releases endorphins and helps you to relax.
- Have a workout. This also releases endorphins, healthy body healthy mind!
-Cry it out. Its good to get your emotions out, watch your favorite sad movie! Marley & Me always makes me cry!
- Call a friend. It's always good to talk to friends about problems, friends often give really good advice.
-Get plenty of sleep. This could be the cause of your problem. Lack of sleep can cause people to get emotional and depressed. Be kind to yourself and get enough sleep so you have enough energy during the day.
