It was a night like every other, and I was sitting in my room casually scrolling through Instagram when I came across a post that was extremely informative and I thought I would share the information with you along with my own research on this topic. This post described how we should not feed ducks bread as bread hurts their stomachs and does not give them the nutrients that they require. The bread that is leftover and is floating on the surface of bodies of water will create surface algae which might kill or make fish sick and attract predators like rats. It also not best to feed ducks because they need to strengthen their foraging skills and make themselves able to find and forage for their own food.
