How To: Relax and enjoy summer

Schoolwork can get tough and stressful at times, but now that it's summer we have some time to kick back and relax. If you feel that you are under a lot of stress, you need some time for your brain to relax, so call up some friends and go out! Or if you aren't much of a partier (like me) than maybe have one friend over for a "Netflix Night" as me and my friends call it. Order some pizza and watch movies all night long.

Another thing I like to do is drink hot green tea, preferably the Zen tea. I also like to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee..maybe even Starbucks.

Try not to stress yourself out because summer is the one time we have to not worry about homework every night, so enjoy it! Something else I reccommend is putting on your swimsuit and laying outside to tan with your headphones in. I love doing that. You get an awesome tan and get to relax.

Also, I like to make bracelets sometimes. Just simple ones with a few pieces of thread, but I think it's a great way to get your mind off of things.
