MSWhat? - Advertising
Miss Stardoll World 2017 is officially upon us, and you know what that means - thousands of dolls vying for a mere two hundred semifinalist positions. This is the time of year where we see the best that each doll has to offer, but it can also be a ad-heavy time of year...
If you're running for Miss Stardoll World, please advertise with caution. If a doll you visit has written in their presentation, "NO SPAM", or they've responded negatively to other advertisements in their guestbook, that probably means you shouldn't give them a generic "I voted you, vote be back?" kind of message. You could try telling them something you like about their doll, and let them know you voted for them. Who knows? They might just decide they want to vote for you, too.
Broadcast, although it costs more, is a great place to advertise. Return the votes of anyone who comments in your guestbook, and you'll be sure to have lots of visitors!
If MSW advertisements are giving you a headache, considering closing your guestbook so you're not being constantly bombarded. You could keep it closed for the whole campaign, or even just during the hours when there seem to be the most ads coming in.
There are lots of ways to spread the word during MSW; just remember to play fair and stay safe! Good luck, dolls!
What's your advertising strategy during MSW?
Til next time!
