Healthy Christmas Treat?

Some of you may know I have been processed/refined sugar-free for 3 years! After three years I have learnt some great recipes but this is my favourite - ice cream.
Ice-cream with no processed sugar?
Yes, it can be done - and the main ingredient is a banana. The trick is to freeze a whole banana overnight and then take it out (break it into pieces) and blend it. The frozen banana turns into a beautiful creamy texture (if it isn't then let the banana warm up for a few minutes and then blend).
Of course, since it's Christmas there are three flavours you need to know how to make with the banana.
Winter:
Chocolate - To make the ice-cream chocolate flavoured you just need to add 1tbs of Cocoa powder in with the banana before blending. It honestly tastes like chocolate ice-cream.
Banana Spice - Add some ground cinnamon and vanilla essence (or other spices) to your taste! They leave a delicious warm taste in your mouth.
Summer:
Strawberry - For this one, it is pretty self-explanatory but if you add some frozen strawberries (or even other berries) it makes a refreshing ice-cream.
