Sorting Things Out

Ah, good ol' clutter. Some of us hate it, some of us don't mind it, and some of us happily waddle through it.
After a week or three of clutter slowly building up in my room, I start to feel crowded and overwhelmed and I just have to clean it.

Have any of you ever felt like you have a bit of clutter in your life? Feel like there are situations or people that overwhelm you?
Well let me help you in the best way I can.

1) Separate what you need from what you want. Carefully pick out the things in your life that you want to hold on to but you can do without. Do not mistake a 'want' for a 'need'.

2) Pick out the toxins. Who or what in your life is continuously dragging you down? If there is something that is only detrimental or toxic to your well-being then distance yourself from it as much as possible.

3) Choose your goals. Whether long-term or short-term, make sure you have your goals in order. Go over ways to successfully achieve them.

4) Surround yourself with positivity. Make sure your friends and family have a positive influence on you and your endeavours. Don't surround yourself with [actual physical] clutter; a clean area changes your mindset (so yes, you have to clean, sorry 'bout that).

Hope I helped some of you guys in some way possible.
