Η κοιλάδα των φαλαινών είναι μία αρχαιολογική περιοχή στο Φαγιούμ της Αιγύπτου. Το 2005, χαρακτηρίστηκε από την UNESCO ως Μνημείο Παγκόσμιας Πολιτιστικής Κληρονομιάς, αφού περιλαβμάνει απολιθώματα από φάλαινες στην πρωιμότερη μορφή τους, τα αρχαιοκήτη, ένα είδος φαλαινών που είχαν ζήσει στην ξηρά πριν εξελιχτούν σε ωκεάνια και έχει πια εξαφανιστεί.
