2. Tinted eyeshadow primer or foundation. 
Since silver eye color is bold and overpowering your eyelid needs to  stay a natural clean color of your skintone. Apply a tinted eyeshadow  primer with shimmer or your foundation that matches your skintone. 
3. Inner Corner 
Take your silver eyeshadow and apply it to the inner corners of each  eye. You can place the color up to the top of your eye or even all the  way up to your eyebrow. 
4.Keep it light.
