February One-Item Challenge
Today I'm going to be writing up my "One-Item Challenge" for the month of February! For those who don't know, every month I post a "One-Item Challenge". This challenge is where I take one piece of clothing and style it in three different ways. Normally I would take requests, but this month I decided to pick one myself. If you request the item I choose for my next One-Item Challenge, you'll get credit in my next post.
The item I'm styling is the Plaid School Skirt from Pearls.
Outfit #1
This is a very rocker chick inspired look. I used a black lace-up top to add edge by showing some skin around the chest area and a bomber jacket to keep from showing an excessive amount of skin. I went with neutral black booties for the shoes, and added these tights with hearts all over them.
Outfit #2
This one is more of a posh school-girl vibe, so I went with this white blouse instead of a crop top. These shoes set off the skirt and top nicely, and because it's black it doesn't steal the spotlight. These sunglasses give it a flirty and fun touch.
Outift #3
This is a casual, everyday look. I am literally OBSESSED with this Chanel tee from....the Chanel store. And can we talk about this in-cred-ible choker? It's so casual, but it makes the outfit look complete. I also love these sneakers because they're so, so versatile! Plus, they're from Basics, which means they were super-cheap. YAAAAS!
I hope you enjoyed, and don't forget to tell me what item you want to see me style in my next "One-Item Challenge"! :)
