"I like people who make me laugh. I honestly think that laughing is the thing I like most. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person." -Audrey Hepburn

Today I'm going to speak on a subject very simple. It's very dear to me, though. I'm often told I laugh too much and too loud. I want to encourage you to laugh. For one reason, it gives you a much more enjoyable feeling than when you're crying. There are actual health benefits to it, believe it or not!

-Laughters makes you more open minded

-Improves sleep quality

-Reduces depression and anxiety

-Stimulates the release of endorphins and puts you in a positive mood

-Protects against heart attacks

-Strengthens relatinships with others by increasing sense of trust

-Increases blood flow by improving blood vessel function

-Raises pain tolerance

-Relievese tension in muscles


If I included everything laughter helped with, this blog post could go on for a very long time! The point is, there's nothing wrong with laughter if at's not at someone else's expense. Don't let anyone talk you out of that!
