There is a special place in my heart for minimalism. Free from overwhelming prints, free from loud, bright colours, free from outdating; instead finding detail in fabrics and new styles. It's simple and beautiful.

To me, minimalism is the definition of 'classic' Simple black, white and grey pieces that never go out of fashion, and they can be styled with anything in any season. I personally love to wear white in summer as the colour white reflects all light giving a cooling effect and the colour black (which is really the absence of colour) absorbs all light giving a warming effect, making it perfect for winter. Alternatively, they can both be worn together to give a quirky juxtaposition effect.

Black and white are refreshing colours to see. Despite how they may be considered 'safe' by some, I see it as a statement through simplicity. Dressing simple can show off you - rather than showing off your clothes!
