Inside Out
I absolutely love to read the comments on my posts in the StarBlog. You guys are really sweet and encouraging and supportive. I love when you comment about your opinions and when you give me advice; it helps me to better myself and my writing.
But not all the comments are the same. Not all are sugary and optimistic. There are always those people who type exactly what comes to mind without even trying to censor their statements into something a bit more sugarcoated. Yes, constructive criticism is, well, constructive, but being flat-out mean is just totally uncalled for and uncacceptable.
My point is that the comments vary a lot. When I read them on my post or on my fellow bloggers' posts, an array of thoughts run through my mind. Here are a few things that I think about when reading StarBlog comments:
"That. Is. Literally. THE. Sweetest. Thing. EVER!"
"Aw, you're so kind."
"Yep, I totally understand you. Because I totally speak Arabic"
"Omg, that's so true!"
"You are so awesome. It's like we have one brain. :3"
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
"Were you trying to be mean there? Sorry but I laughed."
"What's the point of being mean? What do you even get out of it?"
"Actually, I do think she's a good writer. It's never rewarding to be a hater, honey."
"Haha, I love you too, stranger. ♥"
"Yes. Yes I do love unicorns."
"No. No I was not raised by vampires."
