What kind of learner are you?

Преди 91 месеца

Hi dollies!

Today's post is about what type of learner you are. Exam season is upon us and if you are struggling to know how you learn, or are just curious.

Here are the four types of learners: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic & Reading/Writing.

Visual:

You tend to learn best when you can see the information on a page or screen. If you are good at remembering faces, you like to draw a lot, you are good at directions and like reading stories, you are a visual learner.

To help: Graphs, charts, diagrams, flash cards and colour coding will help you!

Auditory:

You tend to learn best when you can hear the information. If you are a good listener and can easily remember what people say, you are an auditory learner.

To help: Read aloud notes, listen to videos, music may help reduce stress and record your voice.

Kinesthetic:

You tend to learn best when you are hands-on and are doing practical work. If you are good at physical sports, crafting and fiddle with objects, you are a kinestetic learner.

To help: Frequent breaks when revising, make an activity, trace words with your finger and walk around.

Reading/Writing:

You tend to learn best if you read and write a lot and if you like to make lists.

To help: Use print-outs, use articles, essays, and re-write in your own words.

I am a visual and a reading/writing learner. What are you?
